What happens once have purchased CarbR Lite and submitted your preconsultation health questionnaire?

Your order will be processed and either an appointment arranged for your to attend a test centre or the CarbR test kit will be delivered to your home address
Where home delivery is specified, your kit arrives with everything you need: CGM sensor, tape measure and QR code to download our tracking app.

If you already know your HbA1c from the past six months and have not changed your diet or medication, you may choose the CarbR® Lite option, which omits the need for repeat blood testing.
CarbR® Lite is a streamlined version of our medical-grade CarbR® test, specially tailored for non-diabetic and pre-diabetic adults who already have recent HbA1c blood test results (within the past six months) and have not significantly changed their diet or medication since. Offered through CQC-registered medical practices, you can book CarbR® Lite at a participating clinic or choose a convenient at-home testing option.

CarbR® is a medical-grade test designed for most non-diabetic or pre-diabetic adults with few contra-indications (eg. low BMI, certain medical conditions or medications).

The test includes a free pre-consultation (to check appropriateness), a technical report with interpretation by an experienced medical doctor, from a chosen medical clinic, with sufficient guidance for the patient and their medical team to take action on the results.

Armed with your CarbR® results, you should not only discover your unique carbohydrate-processing capacity, but also receive practical, science-backed strategies to boost your health and wellness.
