In the development of novel cardiovascular drugs, designing an ideal drug delivery system is a high priority in the development of small molecule drugs, biologics, and RNA-based therapies. Biocompatible nanoparticles and biomaterial drug carriers are the main materials used in cardiovascular drug delivery systems.
