Presenting clear, technical report with key findings and trends. Although not as detailed or as informative as the CarbR test (which requires more than just the CGM), you can get an idea about whether you have glucose regulation and whether fromal testing might be worthwhile.
Personalised Clinical Report: our experienced clinician will provide a clinical report, offering personalised and practical advice for best health.
The reporting service is perfect for those who want expert guidance in interpreting their CGM data and actionable advice for improving their metabolic health.
What We Need from You
To provide you with a comprehensive CGM analysis and medical report, we require a few key pieces of information. This allows us to gain a complete picture of how your body responds to carbohydrates and other lifestyle factors, ensuring our recommendations are as tailored and insightful as possible.
1. Your CGM Data
Please provide us with your Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) readings in the below format:
✔ CSV File Upload – Export your data and send it to us in CSV format.
2. Personal Health Profile
You’ll be asked to complete a brief questionnaire detailing relevant health information, including medical history, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors that may influence glucose regulation.
3. Retrospective Daily Logs
To understand the context behind your glucose fluctuations, we ask you to provide daily logs covering:
✔ Food Intake – What and when you ate, particularly carbohydrate-rich meals.
✔ Sleep Patterns – Duration and quality of sleep.
✔ Physical Activity – Exercise, movement, and any notable events that may have influenced your glucose levels.
Our Process
Once we receive your data, our team will thoroughly analyse your glucose patterns and assess how your body reacts to different foods and activities. A medical doctor, from the chosen medical provider will then review the findings and provide a detailed formal report, complete with personalised insights and recommendations on the best next steps for optimising your metabolic health.
